By placing a booking you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with Doctor Loulittle Dog Training.


  • Dogs must be kept on a leash or long-line at all times unless stated otherwise by the trainer.

  • You are responsible for your dog and their actions. You are required to clean up after your dog if they go to the toilet.

  • Please respect other dogs' space and do not approach other dogs without asking the owner's permission first. 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog is fit and healthy enough to attend classes. Your dog must also be vaccinated and not suffering from any contagious ailments. If you are unsure about your dog's level of fitness, please consult your veterinarian. If your dog does have any health issues, please inform your trainer. 

  • Please inform your trainer if your bitch is in heat before the training session. Depending on the training location, your dog may not be able to attend. 

  • Please ensure that you have plenty of treats and your dog's favourite toy. Feel free to ask your trainer for suggestions. 

  • Any accidents or incidents must be immediately reported to your trainer. 


We use reward based training therefore harsh or aversive handling will NOT be allowed under any circumstances. We do not allow prong, choke, shock or slip collars. Flexi leashes are also not permitted for safety reasons. If you have any questions regarding the suitability of any equipment, please ask your trainer. 


Group classes must be fully paid for in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Failure to pay before the specified date may result in the loss of your place. 

If a 1-to-1 consultation is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount of the session is charged. With more than 48 hours notice, the session can be rescheduled. 

Doctor Loulittle Dog Training reserves the right to change the content, timing, dates, venue or instructor. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but sometimes this is unavoidable, particularly with changes in the weather meaning we have to postpone a session. If we know in advance that the weather will not be suitable we will let you know.

If a booking is cancelled due to the weather, we will let you know at least one day before the class. We will then reschedule all the bookings to an alternative week or course date.


Doctor Loulittle Dog Training will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments to the course or cancellations.
